Sonja Serwold, PT

Sonja graduated from the University of Washington with a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2001. She started Mountain2City Physical Therapy in 2017 with the intention of creating a successful practice where she could spend more time with each patient and always work one-on-one with them to reach their goals. She enjoys working with a diverse group of people of all ages and activity levels and she enjoys tailoring treatment to suit each individual. Professional interests include orthopedics and manual therapy, core and stability training and patient education. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). In her free time, Sonja enjoys getting outside as much as possible, preferably in the mountains where she climbs and skis.

Amy Lentz, PT

Amy is a 1997 graduate of the University of Puget Sound’s Master of Physical Therapy program.  She has completed level III coursework through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.  During her career she has gained experience in post-operative rehabilitation, the management of neck and back pain, and the rehabilitation of athletic injuries.  She is certified in SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment).  In the past Amy has provided volunteer physical therapy services to a local ballet company and gymnastics team. She enjoys working with clients and athletes of all ages and fitness levels and has a special interest in the treatment of acute and postoperative shoulder and knee injuries. She is a long-standing member of APTA.
